We are a family run business and all of our pizza makers have been trained to the highest standards in Naples, Italy.
We stick to original Neapolitan methods to make our dough, with a few secret tricks added to the leavening process to give our pizzas the subtle but delicious Carbone’s taste!
The Tomatoes we use are San Marzano DOP, grown in the foothills of Mount Vesuvius. These are designated as the only tomatoes that can be used for Vera Pizza Napoletana.
Neapolitan pizzas are cooked for no more than 90 seconds in a wood fired oven using only the freshest and authentic ingredients sourced from Campania, Italy.
